Pop Peddler Feature: Osprey Tacos

Meet Erica Thompson, the Co-Owner of Osprey Tacos, along with her husband John Thompson. They have been proud Pop Peddlers (wholesale clients) of The Hyppo for three years now, offering gourmet popsicles at their taqueria in Saint Augustine.

The inspiration behind Osprey Tacos stemmed from Erica and John's desire to provide their community with fresh, local, and safe food options. With John's chef background and their mutual love for tacos, opening a local taqueria was a natural choice. They believe that eating tacos every day is a gift, and they strive to provide Saint Augustine with delicious food, fresh on the fly.

Erica's first memory of The Hyppo was walking down Hypolita Street when she first moved to Saint Augustine and enjoying an Elvis Pop. It was the perfect treat for exploring the downtown area. While her go-to is the Strawberry Cheesecake, she thinks the prefect Osprey x Hyppo combination is their spicy carne asada street tacos and a Watermelon Hibiscus pop.
